Payment Terms

  • Make checks payable to: TigerLogic Corp.
  • Registration is not final until payment is received. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Money Orders and checks. We do not accept purchase orders as payment.
  • Class fees are due three weeks prior to class or reservation will be subject to cancellation.

Available Discounts

  • Customers with an active TigerLogic support contract* are entitled to the following discounts on public seminar sessions:

    Platinum support - 45%
    Gold support - 35%
    Bronze support - 25%

    *Support contract must be in effect at time of session.
  • Students signing up for multiple classes at the same time may deduct 10% from each additional registration.
  • All discounts are combinable to a maximum of 50% per class.

Class Hours

  • Sessions run from 9 am to 3 pm. There is generally a morning and afternoon break plus an hour for lunch.

Confirmation

  • Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive confirmation of your class(es) along with information about the location of the facility and hotels in the area. Please do not confirm travel plans until confirmation is received. We also do not recommend booking non-cancelable travel, as some classes are subject to change within two weeks of class date.

A Few Things To Know Before You Get To Class

  • Attire for class is casual. We advise you to bring a jacket or sweater as temperatures run cool.
  • Please carefully read the prerequisites for each class, as noted on the class description Web page.
  • You may bring program listings, PROCs, dictionaries, reports, or other relevant materials to class. Our instructors will cheerfully attempt to help you solve even your most difficult problems.

Transfers

  • Transfers made at least 10 business days prior to class are at no charge; after the ten day cutoff a 25% transfer charge will be assessed. We cannot accept transfers within five business days of class start date.
  • Substitutions may be made any time up to the start of the class.All transfer requests must be received in writing; only one transfer allowed per class.
  • All transfer fees are due at time of assessment.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be received in writing at least ten business days prior to start of class in order to receive full tuition reimbursement, less a $25 non-refundable registration fee.
  • Cancellations made after the ten day cutoff are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We cannot accept cancellations within five business days of class start date.
  • Full fee is due if registrant does not attend and fails to cancel as outlined above.
  • TigerLogic reserve the right to cancel any course; in such cases, the sole liability will be limited to a full refund of the course fee and an effort will be made to reschedule the student.
