TigerLogic provides you with installation support for 30 days following the purchase of Omnis Studio. To log an installation support case, please contact your nearest office using the details below.

PLEASE NOTE: For all issues other than installation support, you need a valid developer program contract.

ODPP members can logon to check the status of an existing fault and to access the latest builds of components arising from technical support issues.

Support hours are 9am to 5pm local time Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Installation support is Free for 30 days, all other support issues require a valid support program.
