Platinum Support
- 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, including holidays
Gold Support
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Local Time (US)
- Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Pacific Time (US)
- Excludes holiday closures (see right)
- Out-of-Hours support available at additional charge
Bronze Support
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Local Time (US)
- Excludes holiday closures (see right)
- Out-of-Hours support available at additional charge
